About the Event
Villa Daumier – Group Exhibition in Honor of a Master
I’m thrilled to take part in a special group exhibition at Villa Daumier, Honoré Daumier in Valmondois.
From May 3rd to June 8th, 2025, this unique and historical space will host a collective tribute to Daumier, whose sharp eye and satirical genius left an enduring mark on the world of art and social commentary. The house, filled with echoes of his life and work, provides a rare and intimate setting for contemporary artists to engage in dialogue with his legacy.
Through our varied mediums and voices, we aim to reflect, reinterpret, and celebrate the themes Daumier explored — from the poetic and the political to the deeply human. It’s not just an exhibition; it’s an invitation to step into his world, to feel the presence of history, and to experience how the spirit of an artist continues to inspire across generations.
